What is Food Production Management?
Food Production Management is a key aspect of the hospitality industry that focuses on the preparation, presentation, and quality control of food served in hotels, restaurants, catering services, and other food establishments. It involves managing kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, controlling food costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional culinary experiences.
Students in our program gain hands-on training in various aspects of food production, including international cuisines, baking and pastry arts, menu planning, and kitchen management.
